Jenny Liggio

Head Coach
Jenny Carey- Liggio graduated from Keyport High School as a 1000 point scorer and State Champion in 1995. From there, she received a scholarship to play basketball at Monmouth University. After two years she transferred to continue playing at Rider University, where she graduated again as a 1000 point scorer.  After graduation she went to play professionally for Perik Jumpers in Enschede, Netherlands. Once home she began teaching in the Neptune School District and began coaching at Raritan High School.  Soon after, she moved her teaching career to the Hazlet School District where she has been teaching 8th grade Literature for the past 21 years. She has also coached at Matawan High School, Hazlet Middle School, Colts Neck travel and The Sting AAU program. Jenny Liggio

Jenny is married to her husband Matt of 20 years, who is a US Customs K-9 Officer, and have 4 children.

Daughter Christina plays for The United States Naval Academy, Daughter Tessa is committed to play basketball at Bucknell University and Daughter Katie is committed to play basketball at the University of Rhode Island.  Her son Matthew is a lineman at Susquehanna University.
