Bob Dubina
Bob Dubina began his tenure as the Head Coach of Brookdale Community College during the 2011-2012 season. During his time there he amassed a record of 115 wins and 37 loses. The best season for Brookdale under Dubina’s leadership came in 2013-14, when the team finished 31-3, winning the Region XIX championship and advancing to take third place in the NJCAA national Division 3 championship tournament. The Jersey Blues lost their first two games that season and then won 30 in a row before falling in the national semifinals.
Dubina was honored as Region XIX Coach of the Year in 2013-14 and coached one All-American and nine all-region players in his tenure at Brookdale.
Prior to being the Head Coach at Brookdale, he was the girls basketball coach at Allentown (NJ) High School and also coached two years as an Assistant Coach at Georgian Court University, an NCAA Division II program. He is a graduate of both Brookdale and Monmouth University.
Currently the Assistant Coach at East Straudsburg University, priot to that, Bob spent 3 years coaching at St.Rose and Middletown North High Schools, as well as training players alongside Tiny Green. Bob has been a Coach with the Shoreshots program for 4+ years. During the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 Bob served as an Assistant coach & Recruiting Coordinator for the NJIT Highlanders who are a Division 1 institution that competes in the Atlantic Sun Conference.
