Caitlin Carroll

Caitlin graduated from Red Bank Catholic High School in 2016 before earning a full scholarship to play basketball at Saint Francis University. During the 2017–2018 season, her team captured the Northeast Conference championship, securing an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, where they faced UConn Huskies women's basketball in the first round. Caitlin double-majored in Marketing and Management, graduating in just three years while earning Dean’s List honors. She went on to complete her MBA during her senior year, transitioning into a tech sales role while also managing at Red Rock Tap & Grill. Today, Caitlin owns and operates multiple businesses throughout Monmouth County. A proud alum of the Shoreshots Basketball program, Caitlin credits the organization for helping maximize her recruiting experience and exposure at the next level. She remains incredibly grateful for everything Shoreshots Girls provided and is excited to now give back as a coach in the same program that gave her so much.
